
Refund Policy
Refund policy for your t-shirt and t-shirt line:
All purchases are final. Refunds or exchanges are only issued if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed—our error, not theirs.
Customer has seven business days from receipt to report the problem. Must ship item back at their cost, in unused, original condition. We inspect upon return. If valid, we either replace the shirt or issue full refund to original payment method.
Restocking fee: twenty percent of product cost applies to every accepted return—even when it’s on us. That covers processing, inspection, and labor.
No refunds for size changes, buyer’s remorse, or if they just don’t like how it looks. We show clear sizing charts and mockups upfront—decision’s theirs.
Digital fees and design commissions—forty-nine dollars—are non-refundable once work starts.
